How to Make Doll S'mores!

Mmmm, what doll wouldn't want this ooey gooey s'more? These are so easy to make and have simple supplies, so your dolls will have yummy s'mores to enjoy in no time!

You will need:
*tan foam
*a cotton ball
*Brown puffy paint
*scissors
*a toothpick
*a 1" wooden square, or make your own template

1) Press down on the square on the tan foam to leave a mark, or trace your square.
2) Cut it out. Repeat with a second square.

3) With your toothpick, make little scratches down the middle and little dots on each side like the ones above to make graham crackers.(sorry the picture is sideways)

4) Tear off a piece of cotton ball for the marshmallow and put it on one of the graham crackers(which should be face down). Let some ooze out.
5) Glue it on.

6) Squeeze out the puffy paint along the edges, giving the illusion that the chocolate is "melting".
7) Put a dab of Puffy paint in the middle and put the second graham cracker on. Let it dry.
And you're done!

Hope you liked it!

Doll Style: Pink, Silver, and Black

Hey girls! Sorry I haven't been posting in a LONG time! Now onto the post...

Guess what I got from Sophia's(doll-clothes.com)? This adorable doll skirt and black leggings!

The skirt is pretty nice quality, and it is very sparkly! I love the tulle at the bottom.

The leggings are adorable, and they even have little lace at the bottom!

Doll Hairstyle: Twin Twists

Summer is meant to be hot, so a good way to cool off is to pull your hair out of your face! This style is super easy, and is fancy enough for a party or reunion, or casual enough for a day outside.

1) Mist and brush your doll's hair.

2) Gather a small section of hair from the front of your doll's head.

3) Lightly twist the strand.

4) Gather another strand from about the middle of her head and lightly twist.

5) Cross the two strands.

6) Clip a butterfly clip where they meet.

Repeat on the other side and you're done!

Hope you enjoyed!

Our 4th of July Celebration!

{Dakota here} Today we were having a party for the 4th of July! None of our friends could come, so it was just me, Elizabeth, Emily and Nahji. Emily was cooking all day! She was so busy she forgot to wear red, white, and blue! Oh well.

Isn't it cute? We had pizza, chips, cookies, and cupcakes.

Here we all are! Nahji is grabbing a cupcake, Emily is picking up some chips, I'm getting a piece of pizza, and Elizabeth is wondering where the drinks are. "Oh, silly me, I forgot the drinks!" Emily said.
So Emily poured some drinks for us.

Today was full of talking and laughter,

to hugs and love!

Happy 4th of July from Carrot and Claire!

How to Make A Fourth of July Hair Accessory

Everyone needs a 4th of July hair accessory right? Of course!

Want to make one? Lets get started!

You Will Need:
*Craft foam in red, white and blue colors
*Scissors
*A bobby pin
*hot glue

1. Trace something round onto the red foam. We used the bottom of a small paper cup, but you can use whatever you like.
2. Cut it out.

3. Cut a slightly smaller circle out of the foam. We didn't trace ours here.
4. Glue it on.

5. Cut a heart out of the blue foam.
6. Glue this on the white foam.

7. Now glue the bobby pin onto the back of the circle. We suggest sliding a piece of paper between the bobby pin, so you don't get glue inside the opening.

And you're done!
