How To Re-purpose A Build-A-Bear Skirt To Be A Doll Skirt!!

I have this really pretty Build-A-Bear skirt, but unfortunately, it is too big around the waist for AG Dolls:(, so I got to work! This is how I did it:

                         I put the skirt on Elizabeth, tightening it to how far it would go. NOTE- only works for items with Velcro, not elastic, sorry:( Then I put Self-Stick Velcro Circles on that spot. And you are done already!!!:)
