Nahji's Guide To Sprained Ankles/How To Make An Ice Pack For Dolls

Nahji is starting something called Doctor Nahji and her first is going to be about sprained ankles because she has a one right now.

Hello! Yesterday, I fell and sprained my ankle, so today I will show you how I helped it when I was living in India.


                        After you have sprained your ankle, wrap a thin long piece of stretchy fabric or felt and tie.

                   Lie on a couch, prop up your foot on a pillow, and read a good book or watch a movie! An ice pack helps too, so I will show you how to make one now!

                   You will need duct tape, scrap fabric/felt, and scissors.

                           Cut a piece of duct tape about this big.

                        Lay a few scraps in the middle, trying leave an edge on all four sides, and make sure the scraps are flat.

                         Fold it over, short end to short end, and you are done! And don't put this in the freezer!!;)
