What You Will Need:

Some kind of foam sparkly thing on a stick. These are for potted plants , and you stick them in the dirt.
(I found them at Dollar Tree)
a ruler
sharp scissors

measure 2" (inches) from where the object on the stick ends.
Cut.

And your done! How cute!

For a party, ,just stick them in a block of styrofoam, and go!!
