Craft- Pet Heart Collars

Hello! Today I will be showing you how to make this adorable collar that Cinnamon is wearing! It's a great way to show your dolls love their pets!

You will need:
*Red foam
*Pink foam
*Pretty Valentine's Day color ribbon
*Velcro
*Scissors
*Hot glue gun/hot glue
*Pencil
*A doll pet!

As you can see, Cinnamon already has a thin collar connected to her. This is okay- just cover it up with the new collar.

1) Measure and cut a piece of ribbon that can comfortably fit around the neck of the pet with just a little extra.

2) Add the Velcro like so, one on the inside, one on the outside.

3) Draw a heart on the red foam. The size is up to you, just think about how big or small the pet is. Mine is smaller than a penny.

 4) Cut it out.

5) Draw a smaller heart on the pink foam.

6) Cut it out.

7) Glue the two hearts together.

Here is a penny next to it for size reference.

8) Glue the hearts to the ribbon at the front. (The Velcro is on the other side of the ribbon.)

Done!

So cute!

Craft- DIY Hairbow

I've seen so many girls wear bows like this, so I decided to make my own! They are perfect for Valentine's Day, and remember to make a lot to share with your friends!

You will need:
*Fabric (any kind will do)
*Scissors
*Bobby pin
*Scrap piece of paper about s long as the bobby pin
*Hot glue gun/hot glue

1) Cut a piece of fabric 1 1/2 inches by 7 inches.

2) Fold the ends back like so and glue in place.

It should now look like this from the front.

3) Cut out a small, thin piece of fabric.

4) Pinch the bow in the middle like so.

5) Wrap the little piece of fabric around the middle. Glue.

It should now look like this.

6) Slip the scrap of paper inside the bobby pin to avoid gluing it closed.

7) Glue it on. (sorry about mine, I messed it up a little:D)

Done!
